-  but for now we only do ship via USPS at an affordable price or via FEDEX

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED

If your order doesn't include a pre-order product, your order will typically be shipped within 2-3 business days from the purchase date. If placed on a Friday or over the weekend, orders will be shipped in the 2-3 following business days. 

TAXES & DUTIES

Please note all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL RETURN

All of our items are final sale. Due to our made-to-order approach we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

MY ORDER IS MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN'T

GOTTEN MY PACKAGE

  • Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.
  • If the package still does not show up, please call USPS to file a claim. SUM/HER cannot refund you OR re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the post office or stolen from a property. Thank you for understanding!

WHAT IF SOMETHING I ORDERED ARRIVED DAMAGED

We are sorry about that. Send an email with a picture of your damaged item at hello@sum-her.com right away & we’ll help you out.

DO I NEED TO TAKE MY JEWELRY OFF FOR SHOWERING,

SWIMMING & ETC

We suggest you take them off as often as it is possible so they can last forever <3
